If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, photographic evidence of the damage may be required. Refunds will be issued once the damaged product has been returned to us.

3. Process for Refund:

- Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
- Once we receive the damaged product, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned product.
